Shell
Walls, ceilings and stairs – the building gets its shape floor by floor.
Weeks 10–21

Roof & facade
The building is closed: roof, windows, insulation and facade.
Weeks 22–27

Installations
Heating, plumbing, ventilation and electrics, checked before the walls are closed.
Weeks 28–33

Finishing & handover
Plaster, floors, tiles and paint – then a joint walk-through and the keys.
Weeks 34–41
Cost estimate
Choose the type of project, the area and the finish – you get a price range per square metre from our last projects.
A first orientation without land, design fees and permits. The fixed price follows after the site visit.
